At Carlton C of E  Primary School, we want to ensure all children reach their potential. Therefore, where necessary, we work with a variety of outside agencies to support this process.

Autism Bedfordshire website https://www.autismbedfordshire.net/ may provide you with more information, alongside information of playschemes and online training to support families in Bedfordshire.

Neurodiversity CIC (currently known as ADHD Wise)  https://www.adhdwise.uk/ this is a neurodiversity Hub.

Child development Centre https://www.cambscommunityservices.nhs.uk/Bedfordshire/CDC The Child Development Centre provides services to children with developmental needs and disabilities living in North and Mid Bedfordshire

The ‘Bedfordshire and Luton Children’s Community Health Hub’ is the new name for the Single Point of Access (SPA) service, which has brought all the children’s health services under one contact number. Please see the attachment below for more information.

In addition to this, a Diagnosis Support Pack has been created to support families with support and information after a diagnosis. The pack has been co-produced with the help of parents, young people, local Parent Carer Forums, CAMHS, Education Psychology and other key partners.
